If you need to return an item

1. Please package the jewelry securely.

2. The jewelry must be in it's original jewelry box.

3. You must print and include a copy of your invoice.

5. Do NOT send the jewelry back in an envelope. The jewelry will probably not arrive to us if you do this.

6. The safest method of shipping is to use Registered Mail. Please REQUEST A TRUCKING #

7. We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns/exchanges.
